How it works

Sessions merged and normalized
Reconnects are collapsed, duplicate rows removed, and total minutes recalculated per attendee.
Receive cleaned dataset
A corrected CSV is returned with accurate minutes and a pass/fail column based on your threshold.

Data handling
Processed in isolation
Each file is handled in a sandboxed environment. No file is accessible to other accounts or users.
Deleted after 7 days
Uploaded files are permanently purged from storage within 7 days of submission.
Not shared or retained
Your data is used only to produce the cleaned output. It is never sold, shared, or used for any other purpose.

What format does my file need to be in?
A standard CSV export is sufficient. We work with exports from Zoom, GoToWebinar, Teams Live Events, and most platforms that produce attendance logs.
Is this a one-time or ongoing service?
Start with one file. The first sample review is free. If it solves the problem, we can discuss a recurring setup.
How long does turnaround take?
Cleaned files are usually returned within one business day.
What happens to the file I upload?
Your file is used only to produce the cleaned output. It is deleted from storage within 7 days and never shared.
